THCA Therapeutics has issued Formula Control Update Version 2.2 for THCA PURE™ Oral.

The update fixes the nominal per-unit composition of the investigational cap-in-softgel formulation:

250 mg of CDMO-jet-milled, high-purity THCA isolate powder in the inner two-piece hard capsule.

500 mg of pharmaceutical-grade hemp seed oil in the outer softgel.

This establishes a locked 1:2 w/w isolate-powder-to-oil ratio, with a total specified fill-material mass of 750 mg per dosage unit, excluding the capsule shells.

The THCA isolate powder and hemp seed oil must remain physically separated. Direct premixing, suspension, dispersion or dissolution of the isolate in the oil is excluded from the current formulation.

Pharmaceutical jet milling has also been assigned as a required CDMO-controlled processing step. Final particle-size specifications, manufacturing tolerances, capsule materials, sealing conditions, packaging, shelf life and storage requirements remain subject to experimental development.

The updated formula is documented but has not yet been prototyped or validated. No claims are made regarding stability, dissolution, bioavailability, safety, efficacy or clinical performance.
