THCA Therapeutics has completed Version 2.0 of its Business Plan, establishing an updated strategic and operational framework for the development of THCA PURE™ Oral.

The revised plan defines rheumatoid arthritis as the lead research indication and THCA PURE™ Oral as the company’s sole Seed-stage product priority. It describes a physically compartmentalized cap-in-softgel formulation comprising an inner hard capsule containing high-purity THCA isolate powder and an outer soft capsule containing hemp seed oil.

The Business Plan introduces a milestone-gated development strategy covering materials and analytics, prototype feasibility, compatibility and stability testing, CMC development, nonclinical preparation, regulatory engagement and potential first-in-human evaluation.

It also standardizes the Seed-financing target at $6 million, intended to support an approximately 24-month development program. Progression through the program will depend on evidence, specialist guidance, financing, vendor performance and applicable regulatory decisions.
